Nik's Transportation Pty Ltd provides courier and transport services within Adelaide and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly regarding unsafe or illegal goods.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for bookings and quotes.
• Ensure goods are properly packed and labeled for transport.
• Declare any dangerous, fragile, or perishable goods.
• Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care with your goods, Nik's Transportation Pty Ltd is not a common carrier and accepts no liability as such. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• Our liability for any loss or damage to goods is limited.
• We are not liable for consequential loss or loss of profits.
• We recommend you arrange your own transit insurance for valuable items.

5. Dangerous Goods

You must disclose if your consignment contains Dangerous Goods. We reserve the right to refuse transport of such goods if we cannot safely or legally transport them.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is received or credit terms are satisfied.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
